  • Due to a bug in reaction processing, if Cosmic Omen of Weal: Saving Throw forces an enemy to fail a saving throw, a few abilities with multiple requirements have those requirements ignored. This is known to happen with Piercing Shot Piercing Shot, Profane Scourge Profane Scourge, and Slay Slay.
