When Steel Watch placement in the city reaches the agreed threshold, Steel Watchers and co-opted Flaming Fists will institute the 'curfew'. Each night a different Baldur's Gate neighbourhood will be surrounded, conversion teams will be deployed, and all residents will be tadpoled by dawn.
