• Despite misleading tooltips, Dreadful Hewer provides  Disadvantage on target's Saving Throws for many effects applying  Fearful or  Frightened conditions.
  • The passive affects  Wrathful Smite,  Fear,  Menacing Attack (Melee) (and its variants),  Dissonant Whispers,  Dreadful Aspect,  Fey Presence: Disturbing, and  Ray of Fear.
  • The passive does not affect  Mortal Reminder,  Intimidating Presence,  Eyebite: Panicked,  Blood-Curdling Emission,  Command: Flee,  Bolt of Celestial Light, and  Immolating Gaze.
  • The passive also provides Disadvantage against some non-expected abilities, namely  Fey Presence: Beguiling.
