- Although the tooltip mentions Disadvantage for Fear Saving Throws specifically, this shield also inflicts Disadvantage for Frightened Saving Throws as well, such as from Dissonant Whispers. Inspecting the tooltip in-game leads to the Frightened condition, not Fearful (Condition) or Feared (Condition).
