Heart of Ice is a passive feature that lets the wielder deal extra cold damage when dealing cold damage.

Description

When dealing ColdCold damage, the wielder deals an additional 1ColdCold.

A Frostbitten creature that takes Cold damage will take an additional 1 Cold damage per turn of Frostbite remaining.
