• Affected entity is vulnerable to ⁠Cold damage and resistant to ⁠Fire damage.
• Applying  Wet to a chilled entity will make it  Frozen for Duration: 1 turn.

Granted by the weapons:

• Mourning Frost

Notes

• A maximum of one target per attack can be Chilled by Insidious Cold.
• Due to the way that  Booming Blade is implemented, the cold damage dealt by this staff while casting Booming Blade activates the Insidious Cold passive, possibly inflicting  Chilled upon the creature struck by the attack.
