Nimblefinger is a passive feature that grants bonuses to small size races.
Description
Gnomes are granted +2 to Dexterity. Halflings and Dwarves gain +1 Dexterity.

Granted by the equipment:
Notes
- Being disguised as a Dwarf, Gnome, or Halfling when equipping the
Nimblefinger Gloves also activates the effect. - The Dexterity bonus is uncapped, and can therefore increase Dexterity to 24 in combination with the Mirror of Loss.
- This does, however, mean that the gloves will not stack with other capped Dexterity bonuses when Dexterity is above those caps, see here.
