IsHarmful (spell flag)

IsHarmful is a spell flag which indicates whether an action is considered harmful in certain contexts. This flag is checked primarily by  Sanctuary and  Charmed to determine which actions should break these conditions.

This flag does not necessarily affect how a neutral NPC will react to an action. There are spells like  Contagion which are tagged as harmful, but do not provoke a response when used on an NPC.
