Orthon's Bed

The Orthon's Bed is special environmental object that can be found in the Gauntlet of Shar in Act Three. It has the notable distinction of being the only environmental object that  Speak with Dead can be cast on.

Involvement

The Orthon's Bed can be found in the large room where  Yurgir and his  Hoarding Merregon lie in wait for an ambush. Whether defeated or pacified, the party can cast Speak with Dead on it in order to speak with it. Speaking with it reveals the bed is composed of the dead bodies of Dark Justiciars killed by Yurgir.
