•  Poisoned successfully applied by Envenom triggers  Deadly Derivation on the  Derivation Cloak. Because of this, this passive has combat synergy with  Broodmother's Revenge, especially when used in conjunction with  Bestow Curse: Constitution Disadvantage and by those with high attack ratings and / or multiple attacks per round.
