Pulling Web is a cantrip (Transmutation). This spell allows spellcasters to conjure a mass of sticky web at a target within range. Creatures caught in the web are then pulled towards the caster.
Description
Strike at a creature with a gossamer, skin-adhering web and pull it 
3 m / 10 ft closer to you.
The target can't be pulled if it is Huge in size.
Properties
At higher levels
When the spellcaster reaches Level 5, the damage increases to 2d6Piercing.
