True Resurrection

Notes

  • Lack of results recorded for the last attempt, along with the contents of Dark Journal, suggest that Ilyn Toth was incapable of casting True Resurrection and was pondering whether he should try to learn that from the Necromancy of Thay.
  • Since one of the limitations of the Resurrection spell is that it cannot restore undead creatures to life, it is possible that Ilyn Toth inadvertently sabotaged his own efforts by first reanimating his experiment subject as a ghoul.
