Scarlet Stupor

Scarlet Stupor is a special Class Action available to the wielders of Rhapsody. It is a variant of  Scarlet Feast that lets you apply Disadvantage to the next saving throw to a spell made by an enemy.

Description

If you have a +3 bonus from  Scarlet Remittance, consume it to give hostile creatures Disadvantage on Saving throws against your spells.
