Rhapsody. After killing three creatures, the wielder can expend all three accumulated 
Scarlet Remittance charges to impose 
Disadvantage on enemies' 
Saving throws against the next spell cast by the wielder. This action is one of the three variants of 
Scarlet Feast.
Description
If you have a +3 bonus from 
Scarlet Remittance, consume it to give hostile creatures Disadvantage on Saving throws against your spells.
