Shatter Psyche (Full-illithid)

Shatter Psyche is an action and Illithid Power only available to Full-illithid. This ability is a more potent version of  Fracture Psyche which reduces the target's  Armour Class by 6 instead of 5 and imposes  Disadvantage on concentration saving throws, while the saving throws penalty remains at -5. A single use of this action is granted after a creature under the effect of Fracture Psyche dies.

Description

The target's  Armour Class is reduced by 6. All  Saving Throws are reduced by 5 and  Disadvantage on Concentration Saving Throws.
