Even simply attacking with a e.g. ranged weapon will trigger this effect even though it should not while on the other hand using spells that would inflict a condition on multiple enemies (like casting create water on 2 enemies, thus applying the condition wet on 2) will only apply the Reverberation condition on only one of the two enemies.
