I'd assumed tiefling, but we say devil here. I feel like it'd have a lot of repercussions outside of just his looks. :Wyll was changed to take on the physical characteristics of a devil, albeit for certain characters unfamiliar with what Mizora did (I presume you're thinking about the guard in Act III) they just assume he's a standard tiefling.
