Undo revision 35351 by 5corp1u7 (talk) A few issues with the rewording here. 1. OID is a single target spell so "targets" is incorrect. 2. the allies of the target can use counterspell instead, this complication is why i went the briefer sentence prior. 3. breaking the sentence apart like that is mildly confusing. Emphasis was on the fact that OID is a strong turn waster.
