The self-detonate tooltip is likely wrong in-game. It says the fire damage bypasses resistance and immunity, but I just tested it with a tiefling and an imp and both resistance and immunity applied. The tooltip also mentions hellfire, but it doesn't have the unique visuals of hellfire. So most likely it's a tooltip error and is displaying the detonate tooltip of the hellfire variant of the steel watchers — unsigned comment by 81.82.46.46 (talk) 15:27, 26 October 2023
