Triune Netherstone

Triune Netherstone is a quest item obtained at the end of Act Three. With all three stones combined, you can now cast  Karsus' Compulsion.

Fused in a macabre and powerful union, three netherstones reflect the triarchy of the Dead Three: Myrkul, Bhaal, and Bane. As in geometrics, the triangular shape proves more stable than any linear or other structure, and the wearer of this crown feels - exquisite and tenebrous - the will to dominate flowing through them.
