Troubadour's Wonder is a passive feature that boosts a bard's ability to inspire.
Description
Your 
Armour Class increases by 1. In addition, if you have 
Bardic Inspiration, you gain 1 more use of it.

Notes
- Equipping an item with Troubadour's Wonder does not give the Bardic Inspiration feature to a character who does not already have it (though it may cause a Bardic Inspiration Charges section with no actions in it to be added to the action quick bar). The passive does still provide the AC bonus to such a character.
Bugs
- Troubadour's Wonder can grant an extra Bardic Inspiration Charge once per character per long rest, despite the Wondrous Gloves: Bardic Inspiration Depleted condition on the item.
