Notes

Regarding Troubadour's Wonder:

• Equipping an item with Troubadour's Wonder does not give the Bardic Inspiration feature to a character who does not already have it (though it may cause a Bardic Inspiration Charges section with no actions in it to be added to the action quick bar). The passive does still provide the AC bonus to such a character.

Bugs

Regarding Troubadour's Wonder:

• Troubadour's Wonder can grant an extra Bardic Inspiration Charge once per character per long rest, despite the Wondrous Gloves: Bardic Inspiration Depleted condition on the item.
