Cyrel is one of [[Anders]]' companions in the [[The_Risen_Road#Toll_House|Risen Road Toll House]]. She is apparently sworn to [[Tyr]] and is willing to trade with the player because, as she puts it, they've less mouths to feed since the gnolls jumped them.

If the player speaks to her again after discovering [[Anders]] is really a fallen [[Paladin]] and is pledged to [[Zariel]], she'll drop the Tyr act and talk of Zariel instead.
