Tormented Soul is an Undead ghost creature in Baldur's Gate 3. It is found in Lady Jannath's Estate.

Overview
Tormented souls will initially be inhabiting the golden candelabra around the estate. These have 10 Hit Points, and the conditions Burning (Condition) and Haunting Aura (Condition). They also have several immunities.

Being in the area near the candelabra will inflict the condition Phantasmal Force (Condition), causing Psychic per turn.

They are one of two ghosts with the ability to possess objects, the other being the Vengeful Soul.
