Bloated Hyena is a hyena variant found on The Risen Road. They serve as incubators to Newborn Gnolls and will give birth in a grisly eruption if not dispatched quickly

Allowing the hyena to be consumed by Yeenoghu's Hunger allows for maximum experience gained. You will gain 20 experience as though you killed it normally, then can defeat the Newborn Gnoll for an additional 40 experience.
