Dazzling Ray is a weapon action granted by Fabricated Arbalest.
Description
Unleash a beam of brilliant light that all creatures in its path. For Duration: 10 turns, you can recast the spell. Casting it again may possibly you each time you recast it. On Save, targets still take half damage.
