Dazzling Ray is a weapon action granted by Fabricated Arbalest.

Description

Unleash a beam of brilliant light that Blinds Blinds all creatures in its path. For Duration: 10 turns, you can recast the spell. Casting it again may possibly Burn Burn you each time you recast it. On Save, targets still take half damage.

  • Dazzling Ray uses your spell DC rather than your weapon action DC and does not involve an Attack roll.
  • Dazzling Ray uses concentration similar to other spells that can be recast like Call Lightning Call Lightning.
  • While concentrating, you will gain a separate weapon action called Recast Dazzling Ray.
  • When casting Recast Dazzling Ray, you make a hidden DC 14  Constitution saving throw to avoid being Burned Burned for 2 turns.
    • When you are burned, you immediately take 1d4Damage TypesFire which may break your concentration on Dazzling Ray.
