Devour Intellect is an Action for Druids who have assumed the form of an Intellect Devourer via Aberrant Shape. Intellect Devourers use this ability to consume the minds of their enemies.

Description

Consume a creature's mind. If its Intelligence is below 4, it takes damage and is Stunned. Otherwise, its Intelligence is reduced by 11.
