Rupturing is a passive feature that causes a target to take damage whenever they move.[See: Bugs]

Description

On a hit, the target must succeed a DC 13  Constitution saving throw or become Ruptured Ruptured.

Condition: Ruptured

  • Take 1d4Damage TypesPiercing when moving. Each time you move, reduce the condition duration by 1.
