Shield of Screams is a level 3 abjuration spell. It is only known by Nere. It increases his Armour Class by 3 and deals 2d6 psychic damage to melee attackers. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Recall the voices of all who scorned you - and how they screamed in the end. They form a shield around you.
Your Armour Class increases by 3, and anyone who hits you with a melee attack takes 2d6Psychic damage.
