Shield of Screams is a level 3 abjuration spell. It is unique to 
Nere, increasing his Armour Class by 3 and allowing him to retaliate with 2d6
Psychic damage against melee attackers. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Recall the voices of all who scorned you - and how they screamed in the end. They form a shield around you.
Your Armour Class increases by 3, and anyone who hits you with a melee attack takes 2d6Psychic damage.
