War Caster Opportunity Spell is a reaction/passive feature obtainable by the War Caster Feat. Users of this feature are adept at casting 
at an enemy when they leave your melee range. This can be done instead of the usual Opportunity Attack.
Description
You can also use a Reaction to cast at a target moving out of melee range.

Notes
- This feat doesn't give you the spell Shocking Grasp if you don't have it. Nevertheless, you can still cast the spell during an attack of opportunity, but not in any other context
