Hellish Rebuke is a level 1 evocation spell. This spell allows spellcasters to surround a creature in hellfire that deals Fire damage as a Reaction when taking damage from them.
Description
React to your next attacker with flames that deal 2d10Fire damage.
On a successful save, the target still takes half damage.
