Devour Intellect is an Intellect Devourer action that lets them consume the mind of their enemies.
Description
Consume a creature's mind. If its Intelligence is below 4, it takes damage and is . Otherwise, its Intelligence is reduced by 3.

Condition: Devoured Intellect

Duration: 1 turn

Notes
- When used by normal Intellect Devourers, the DC is a fixed 12.
- This ability was available to
Druids in Early Access.
- In Early Access it reduced INT greater than 4 by 11, did no damage, and did not cause the Devoured Intellect condition.
