Main Entrance
Coming in the main entrance from West of the House of Healing will take you into the entry hall of the morgue. A successful Perception Check will reveal a button on the left hand wall that will open a secret room that contains a chest with the Strange Tendril Amulet.
Through the large double doors you will be ambushed by Zombies.
