Description
Raise a wall of solid ice that deals 10d6Cold damage to anyone standing in its way.
When the ice is broken, it leaves behind a cloud of frigid air that deals 10d6Cold per turn to creatures within.
Spell save DC for initial damage is fixed at 15 (Dexterity) while the spell save DC for Ice Cloud damage is fixed at 16 (Constitution). Spell save DC is not modified by bonus DC from caster's equipment or elixir.
