Smokepowder Surface is a type of Surface created by throwing or breaking a Smokepowder Barrel.
Igniting a Smokepowder Barrel with Fire damage creates and detonates a Smokepowder Surface (while also dealing a large amount of upfront Force damage), whereas breaking the barrel without igniting it only creates the surface.
Properties
Stepping inside a Smokepowder Surface has no effect.
However, when ignited, a Smokepowder Surface has the following effects for all creatures standing on it:
- 2d6 (2~12) Firedamage ( Dexterity saving throw, DC 12, to halve)
- 2d6 (2~12) Forcedamage
- Creatures caught in the blast are knocked back
- The Smokepowder Surface becomes a Fire Surface (which immediately inflicts the Burning condition)
