Duke Dillard Portyr is a Duke of Baldur's Gate and a member of the Council of Four. He's the uncle of Liara Portyr Liara Portyr.

Involvement

Dillard Portyr can be found attending the ceremony of Enver Gortash Gortash's ordaining as an Archduke of the city in the Wyrm's Rock Fortress.

After the ceremony ends, Duke Dillard stays near the throne, speaking with Rugger Shattershield Rugger Shattershield, Ulder Ravengard Ulder Ravengard and Enver Gortash, discussing the latter's future actions as an Archduke. If spoken to, he will call the city's future glorious.
