Description

Slam into a foe and create a puddle of water around the impact site.

How to learn

Notes

  • This ability is not a single target attack like the in-game tooltip might describe. It has a small 1 m / 3 ft radius area of effect and it can hit every target inside the AoE with a separate attack roll. This includes allies but not the elemental itself.
  • There is no saving throw to avoid the Chilled Chilled condition. As long as the attack hits, the condition will be applied.
