The [[Reverse Rain Cloak]] is another source of Wet (applied to the wearer). It seems to be permanent until the cloak is unequipped. I can't find a way to add that to this page or add the Wet condition to the Reverse Rain Cloak page; how can we link the two together? Another source of Wet

The Reverse Rain Cloak is another source of Wet (applied to the wearer). It seems to be permanent until the cloak is unequipped.
