Prone, is a type of Condition. Conditions that knock you prone, usually , have the following effects:
- Can't move or take Actions, Bonus Actions, or Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity Saving throws.
- Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
- A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
- If you are concentrating on a spell, your concentration will automatically be broken when you get knocked Prone.

- Being too heavy
- Items:
- Boots of Striding (while Concentrating)
- Hoarfrost Boots (from walking on Ice Surfaces only)
- Disintegrating Night Walkers (can't slip on Grease or Ice)
