Prone (status group)

Prone is a status group. Conditions that knock you prone, usually  Prone, have the following effects:

• Can't move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has  Disadvantage on  Strength and Dexterity saving throws.
• Attacks against a Prone creature have  Advantage if they're made within ⁠3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
• A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up.
• If you are concentrating on a spell, your concentration will automatically be broken when you get knocked Prone.

Immunity

The following items grant immunity to all conditions in this status group:

•  Boots of Striding
•  Disintegrating Night Walkers
•  Helldusk Boots
•  Hoarfrost Boots

List of conditions in Prone

Condition	Effects
Blacked Out	Thisobald has overindulged in his own brew. He has a -5 penalty to Armour Class and is Vulnerable to Slashing, Piercing, Bludgeoning and Thunder Damage.
Bloated	Restrained due to sickness and bloat.
Command: Grovel	Can't move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a grovelling creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature.
Grotesque Distention	Bloated beyond hope. Will explode at the slightest touch. Touching an entity affected with this condition will cause a blast of 8d6Poison damage in an AoE: 3 m / 3 ft (Radius), form a Poison Cloud of the same size, and utterly destroy the entity.
Hideous Laughter	Can't move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if they're made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. At the end of its turn or when it takes damage, the entity can try to shake off the effect.
Hysterical	Knocked Prone out of sheer elation. Sides splitting, lungs gasping for air - you're enjoying yourself, aren't you?
Prone	The affected creature cannot move or take  Actions,  Bonus Actions, or  Reactions, and has Disadvantage on Strength and Dexterity saving throws. Attacks against a Prone creature have Advantage if made within 3 m / 10 ft of the creature. A Prone creature must spend half its Movement Speed to stand up. A character with the Athlete feat spends only 1.5 m / 5 ft of Movement Speed to stand up.
