Absolute's Bane is a passive feature that penalizes the user's targets with Bane for 2 turns when you hit them with a weapon attack (melee or ranged).
Description
On a hit with a weapon attack, possibly inflict a -1d4 penalty to the target's Attack rolls and Saving throws.
Condition: Bane

Notes
- If the wearer does not have the Brand of the Absolute, Absolute's Bane will not activate. Even if it is noted in the passive effect UI.
- The Bane effect also gets applied by ranged weapons. Confirmed working on Patch 2.
- The Bane effect does not activate when Disguised, even if it is noted in the passive effect UI.
- The Bane effect's saving throw does not appear in the combat log, nor do reactions like Portent Dice trigger, even though the passive effect UI indicates there is a saving throw, and the effect sometimes does not trigger (presumably because the enemy succeeded at their saving throw).
