Bane is a level 1 enchantment spell. It allows the caster to temporarily curse enemies, making their attacks miss more often and weakening their Saving Throws.

Up to 3 creatures receive a

How to learn
Classes:
- Class level 1: Bard and Cleric
- Class level 3: Oath of Vengeance (Oath Spell)
Other ways to learn:
- Also granted to Warlocks who choose the Eldritch Invocation
Thief of Five Fates at level 2+. When gained in this way, the spell can be cast once per Long Rest using a Warlock Spell Slot.
Notes
The incantation for Bane is Tu Es Nihil, Latin for "you are nothing".
