Only a small number of these scrolls can be found throughout the game, and they are not part of any trader's inventory. One can be found in a skeleton beneath the Shattered Sanctum, one can be looted from Lurgan in the Decrepit Village, and one can be stolen from a Stack of Scrolls in the Counting House.
