Metamagic: Empowered Spell is a toggleable passive feature used by Sorcerers. This Metamagic ability allows sorcerers to reroll damage dice when using a damaging spell.
Description
Increase the cost of spells that deal direct damage by 1 
Sorcery Point to roll their damage with 
Advantage.
You can use Empowered Spell in combination with other Metamagic.
