Summon Quothe the Raven is a level 3 conjuration spell. Summons the raven Quothe.

Description

Summon a raven familiar that can Blind enemies with its beak.

When a hostile creature kills the raven familiar, they must succeed a Dexterity Saving Throw or become  Ensnared.

• The raven is unsummoned if the Raven Gloves are unequipped.
• This spell counts as a level 3  Find Familiar: Raven, which means:
  • You can not use this at the same time as an any variant of  Find Familiar.
  • The extra attack from  Deepened Pact with  Pact of the Chain works with this spell.
  • Has 1 HP and 12 AC like the level 1 version.
• The raven's name is a cultural reference to both Edgar Allen Poe's poem "The Raven", and the raven named Quoth in the Discworld novels of Terry Pratchett, himself a reference to Poe's poem.
