Curse of Regret is a level 1 enchantment spell. This spell applies the Curse of Regret debuff on a target, applying Psychic vulnerability and dealing Psychic damage each turn. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.

Description

Curse a creature with regret. It takes 4-10 Psychic damage every turn, and becomes Vulnerable to Psychic damage.
