Carmen Pennygood is a merchant who owns the store Carm's Garm in Wyrm's Crossing.

Involvement

Carmen stocks a collection dyes and low-priced Camp Clothing. She and Figaro's father recently passed, and the two have an uneasy relationship. The party can speak to Carmen about Figaro's name appearing on a hit-list. She will be concerned, but insist that the player warn Figaro as he wouldn't believe her.
