Wisdom is an Ability Score. It is your force of personality.
Wisdom affects your Wisdom skills (Animal Handling, Insight, Medicine, Perception, Survival) and improves spellcasting for Clerics, Druids and Rangers (chance to hit with spell attack, spell's Difficulty Class).
