Step of the Wind: Dash is a  Monk Bonus action gained at Level 2. Step of the Wind: Dash allows the Monk to spend a Bonus action and Ki Point to Dash and makes Jump free to use.

Double your movement speed. Jump no longer requires a Bonus action.
