Where to find

• The Bloody Amulet can be obtained from Barcus Wroot, who can be met in several different locations:
  • Tied to the windmill in Blighted Village X: 0 Y: 425
  • In Grymforge, if been freed from the windmill
  • In Camp, if been encountered in Grymforge and asked to join as a Camp Follower
  • In Last Light, if he survives into Act 2

Notes

• Casting  Speak with Dead on Barcus reveals, that he found this amulet bloodied while searching for his friend Wulbren.
• As of Patch #7, this item does not appear to have any quest significance.
