Disadvantage on Attack Rolls against targets other than the spellcaster.
Notes
- If a party member with the goaded condition kills the enemy that inflicted it, this party member functions as an ally until the end of their turn at which time they lose the goaded condition. Then the party member is fully controllable again at the start of their next turn.
